1. Proof of Purchase

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. This is required for any returns or exchanges.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns within 4 working days – Full refund provided the product is unused, undamaged, and can be resold.
  • Returns between 5-15 days – Subject to a 15% handling fee.
  • Returns after 15 days – Not accepted unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.

3. Product Condition & Inspection

Please inspect your product before use. As most of our products require installation, we cannot accept returns if the item is damaged, altered, or defaced after purchase.

4. Defective Products

If a product has a latent manufacturing defect, we will liaise with the supplier to obtain a credit and issue a refund if approved.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Products custom-cut or altered to your specifications cannot be returned.

6. Refund Process

  • Refund issued as a credit note or bank transfer within 48 hours.

7. Delivery & Shipping

  • Deliveries are made via courier service throughout South Africa.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location and courier schedules.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.
  • Precision Ceiling & Drywall Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
